I’ve taken to fall in love with baking and pastry arts these past couple of years. It’s surprising to me because when I was younger baking was my greatest fear in the kitchen. Maybe it’s because i’ve finally overcome the fear that i’ve fallen in love…isn’t that how it usually works? It has become a real passion for me and I take such pride in the work in put into it. When I see the results, hear client feedback, i’m over the moon with joy. Here are some of my creations to date!
